蜜桃视频 Corporation (Head Office: Naniwa-ku, Osaka, Japan; President and Representative Director: Yuichi Kitao; hereinafter "蜜桃视频") has established and published the "Corporate Governance Policy."
This policy is based on the 蜜桃视频's views and policies on corporate governance and is formulated after deliberation by the Board of Directors. 蜜桃视频 will endeavor to continuously review and improve its corporate governance by the Board of Directors and utilize this policy in dialogues with stakeholders.
